Does Something Feel Off in Your Relationship?
Many people come to therapy because something in their life or relationship just doesn’t feel right anymore.
Maybe conversations turn into arguments that go nowhere.
Maybe you love your partner but feel emotionally distant.
Maybe intimacy feels complicated, stressful, or missing entirely.
Or maybe you’re someone who has done a lot of personal work already and you understand your patterns intellectually, but things still feel stuck.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
Therapy can help you understand why these patterns exist and how to begin changing them in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

What Therapy Can Help With?
I also am a Florida Qualified Supervisor to provide supervision for Registered Social Work and Mental Health Interns pursuing licensure and clinical and administrative consultation for clinicians seeking support with cases or private practice development. This includes helping clinicians who want to diversify their income streams outside of the therapy space. Whether you’re navigating ethical and operational challenges, refining workflows, or planning for growth, I provide practical, experience-based insight to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Relationship Patterns
You find yourself repeating the same dynamics. Whether it’s conflict, emotional distance, or overgiving, even when circumstances change. Therapy helps you understand where these patterns come from and how to begin shifting them in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
Communication Challenges
Conversations quickly turn into arguments, defensiveness, or silence. Therapy provides the space to slow things down and understand each other more.
Intimacy and Connection
Emotional or physical, connection can feel difficult when stress, disconnection, or past experiences get in the way. Therapy helps explore what’s impacting intimacy so you can rebuild closeness in a way that feels safe and authentic.
Emotional Overwhelm and Self-Worth
You might feel anxious, shut down, or unsure how to express your needs without guilt. Therapy supports you in understanding your emotional responses, strengthening boundaries, and building a more grounded sense of self.
“Understanding your patterns doesn’t make you weak. It’s what makes change possible.”

A Thoughtful, Trauma-Informed Approach to Therapy
Focused on relationships, intimacy, and emotional healing in a safe, affirming space
Therapy is a space to understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and begin creating change that actually lasts. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface so you can show up with more clarity, confidence, and connection.

My Approach To Therapy
Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and trauma-informed. I am a Certified Sex Therapist, Certified EMDR Therapist, and IFS-trained clinician, and I help clients explore the deeper emotional and nervous system patterns that impact relationships, intimacy, trauma, and self-worth. We work to better understand the different parts of you and the experiences that shaped them so you can respond to yourself with more clarity, compassion, and confidence instead of shame or self-criticism. I believe meaningful change happens when people begin to understand the “why” behind their emotions, reactions, and relationship patterns. For clients wanting deeper, more accelerated work, extended and intensive sessions are also available.
How past experiences shape current reactions
The way you respond in relationships didn’t develop overnight. Many of your reactions are shaped by past experiences, even if you’re not always aware of it. Therapy helps you connect those experiences to your present patterns so they feel more understandable and more changeable.
What happens in your body during conflict or vulnerability
Moments of conflict or emotional closeness can trigger anxiety, shutdown, tension, or other protective responses. These reactions aren't random. They're your body's way of trying to keep you safe. Together, we'll explore what's happening beneath the surface so you can feel more grounded, present, and in control.
The attachment patterns influencing your relationships
The ways you connect, pull away, or seek reassurance in relationships are often tied to your attachment patterns. Understanding these patterns can help you make sense of your needs, your reactions, and how you relate to others. From there, you can begin building relationships that feel more secure and supportive.
